Sean Gallagher is a Licensed Psychiatric Technician and a member of the California Association of Psychiatric Technicians.

Sean Gallagher studied psychiatric technology at Napa Valley College and received combat medic training at the Academy of Health Sciences in San Antonio, Texas.

Additionally, Gallagher has a Vocational Certificate in Psychology, and an Associate of Arts Degree in Theatre Arts. He has over twenty thousand hours of clinical and direct support experience in the field of mental health, as-well-as twenty-five years experience in Public Speaking, Public Relations and in the Performing Arts.

Sean Gallagher was writer and publisher of the nationally distributed comedy newsletter, LAUGH LINE, which was read by subscribers in twenty states and Canada.

Gallagher’s hobbies include photography and film making. His television productions have aired on public access cable channels that reach over a million viewers.

Sean Gallagher was born in North Hollywood and has lived in Marin County California since age two.
